Received an urgent order for a christening cake. Immediately thought of a simple yet effective design, so I accepted the order. Actually, the order was from a very close friend so I couldn’t really say no, could I? Here’s the cake. It’s not the usual Mama Min design but I had fun making the cake.

That is a very pretty cake! I love it for it’s simplicity. I want a cake like that for my birthday….but my husband said, “No more cakes from MamaMin!!! Unless you don’t eat it.” WAHHHH!!!!

Yes, I made the baby. First time making a person with fondant! Yes, the hearts are fondant.
This was the simplest design I could think of as I had very limited time for this cake.
