What cake to make for someone who is into keeping fish? O who lives in the US contacted me for a special cake for her brother’s 50th birthday. He likes to keep fish and also loves rugby.
Philip is also diabetic. I used to make diabetic cakes but I’ve stopped. The cakes I make have to pass my own taste test. If the recipe doesn’t taste good to me, it won’t be used. So O and I came to a compromise. Swiss Chocolate cake which uses vegetable oil instead of butter and minimal icing.
Take all that into consideration, how about an aquarium?!
