My daughter loved everything about the cupcakes…the ballerina dolls, the colour, the arrangement of her name as it reads Alisya is 13 plus and the sweet strawberry icing on the base and she just loved smelling them… thank you Min for coming up with a creative deco in such short notice…

mama min, do you have a specific alphabet cutter for the alphabets and nos?

How do ensure that the fondant icing doesnt dry up too much if you add icing sugar to not make it too sticky?

Afiza, I have several sets of alphabet and number cutters with different fonts. This set are FMM ones which I got from Cake Connection in Jaya ONE.

Adding too much icing sugar will dry up the fondant icing. If you find the fondant too dry and difficult to work with, add a bit of fresh fondant and knead well. That should do the trick
