Mermaid - Vegetarian cake

The mermaid cake I usually make is decorated with fondant or gummy sea creatures. I received an order for a vegetarian cake, so decorating with fondant or gummy is out of the question as fondant and gummies contain gelatine. This mermaid cake was decorated entirely with buttercream.
